Governance for this company is in a sad state. A retiring director has made serious allegations about apparent conflicting interests between directors representing certain large shareholders. There is a requirement that directors once appointed must act in the best interests of the company. It is up to the chairperson to ensure this is the case. Hopefully the chairman will comment on this at the AGM.
