I have sold my shares in this curious company (at a loss). I am not sure why you are reporting on a company that is not listed on the NZX. I can see that Mr Henry stands to benefit from the company’s activities but whether any of the other shareholders will be able to justify paying for shares seems a dubious question.

    • A fair question. We will still look at a company that is NZ-registered, even if listed solely on the ASX. Also, there will still be people who have shares in the compamny for whome we hold proxy, given it was listed on the NZX during the year – although many sold both as a result of de-listing and/or as a result of the controversy surrounding Simon Henry. We’ll re-assess once we go through this cycle and work out whether it’s worth us continuing.
