The NZ Shareholders’ Association and KiwiSaver default provider Simplicity have written to the Fletcher Building Board, following our meeting held late last week. We have asked for:
• the resignation of the Chair
• All Board members to put themselves for re-election at the company’s upcoming shareholders meeting
• Independent reviews of culture and risk
