Is Is this your assessment of the company? you state it comes as an attachment but I don’t see any attachment to this email?
Hi Margaret…in this case, we are looking only at the key issue to be tabled at a Special Meeting of SYF – namely, the capital placement to Boston-based Ampersand Partners. It’s a fair point; perhaps we need to rename the reports when we’re considering ‘single issues’ like this. We DID assess SYF back in August 2021; the link to the report is here
