Branch Meetings

Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of most months from 7:30pm to 9:00pm. 
Meetings are held at the Khandallah Town Hall at 11 Ganges Rd, Khandallah.  This is very close to the Box Hill railway station (on the Johnsonville line) and there are regular buses to the Khandallah village (no's 24 and 25).  Easy and accessible parking is available on the street at the venue.  For more information email wellington@nzshareholders.co.nz.

Aaron Hockley - Fund Manager and CEO, Vital Healthcare

Our guest speaker for December is Aaron Hockley of Vital Healthcare. Vital is is included in the NZX50 and owns a $1.9 billion portfolio of healthcare real estate in Australia and New Zealand including private hospitals, medical facilities and aged care facilities. It is the only specialist healthcare property fund listed in New Zealand and the 4th largest property group on the NZX.

Aaron has recently returned to New Zealand after 17 years in senior management and advisory roles in Australia. He has an extensive property, funds management and legal background with his last role in Australia being the Chief Operating Officer for Growthpoint Properties Australia.  Growthpoint is a A$4.1 billion ASX listed real estate investment trust with a portfolio of quality office and industrial properties. At Growthpoint he had direct management responsibility for strategy, transaction structuring and execution (property, debt and equity), reporting and investor relations.
