An angry Bruce Sheppard glowers at Deputy Chairman Phil Pryke during the NZSA's vigorous opposition to the proposed almost doubling of the director fee pool at the contentious Contact Energy AGM on 23 October 2008. The increase although technically approved was subsequently deferred at an unscheduled Board meeting convened directly after the AGM.
