Registry details not appearing on NZX website
 
 
Dear Geoff,
 
I am writing to you on behalf of the New Zealand Shareholders Association and in particular regarding an omission of necessary information post the re-launch of the NZX website some months ago.
 
A number of our members have noticed that upon enquiring on any NZX listed company, that the corresponding registry details are no longer displayed. Whilst it is nice to know who the solicitors and auditors are, our members are more likely to want to know which registrar (Computershare or Link) they should contact if a query arises.
 
We had taken this up with Computershare and were advised that they have on two occasions notified both Martyn Bain and Richard Rumbal and were assured that the omission was accidental and that NZX web developers would rectify the problem ASAP. To date the problem still exists and no advice to the contrary has been forthcoming.
 
I shall be reporting to our membership on this matter and would appreciate your favourable advice on resolving this matter.
